The logistics and washing process for reusable stack cups at music venues involves several steps to ensure the cups are efficiently cleaned, stored, and reused throughout the event. Here's an overview of how it typically works:
Buying or hiring our reusable music venue cups and receiving your STACK-CUP™ supply.
Event attendees use these cups for purchasing and consuming beverages, such as hot chocolate, mulled wine, soft drinks, or alcoholic beverages.
Designated areas are set up throughout the event for attendees to return their used cups
Collecting the used cups from the designated areas periodically throughout the event and any remaining around the venue at the end of the event.
Cups are then pre-rinsed to remove any leftover liquid or residue. They are then sorted to separate cups that are still in good condition from those that may be damaged. Damaged cups may be set aside for recycling.
The collected cups are transported to a central washing facility on-site or off-site
Cups are thoroughly cleaned using commercial dishwashers. Hot water and detergents are used to remove any remaining residue. The washing process also includes sanitization to ensure cups are safe for reusing at future events
After washing, cups are dried and stacked neatly for reuse.
Clean and stacked cups are redistributed back to Stack Cup if hired or placed in storage to be reused again.
