Kingston Park Stadium has ‘gone green’ with STACK-CUP™!

In an effort to become more sustainable and environmentally conscious, the club has recently launched a range of branded, reusable cups. STACK-CUP™ will replace the traditional disposable plastic cups which have been used to serve drinks in the past, as the club looks to cut down on the amount of waste generated by their sports events. Fully washable and reusable, our cups will be used to serve drinks in the South and West concourses, as well as the Tap & Tackle and 1877 Bars - Improving drinks service for customers and easing bar flow. We have branded the cups with bespoke artwork, featuring Sinoti Sinoti, Evan Olmstead, Will Welch and Mark Wilson as the quartet of players whose images feature on the first batch of the reusable cups. Additional designs featuring other members of the squad will become available over the course of the remainder of the season, making them into a collectible item for those choosing to take them away!

Improving Customer Service for Games

As part of the club’s efforts to reduce waste, the £1 deposit system will also apply to the ground’s ever popular two-pint pots. As well as offering the club an opportunity to be more environmentally friendly, thanks to a specially designed handle, STACK-CUP™ also allows a more secure way for supporters to carry multiple drinks back to the stands. Already being used in the Aviva Premiership at Exeter Chiefs’ Sandy Park and Saracens’ Allianz Park, the club hopes the new cups will further improve supporters’ match-day experience.
